We’ll be hosting a variety of competitions all day long, including different prizes for:

  • Best dressed cosplayer.
  • 5 amazing Pokemon prizes given away to ticket holders, including a Mega Evolutions ETB.

Can I buy my ticket on the door?

Entry cannot be guaranteed if you choose to pay on the day, as we must manage venue capacity. We strongly recommend purchasing your tickets online early to avoid disappointment.

Ive lost my ticket - can I still get in?

You will need to speak to reception on the day to resolve this problem.

Can I leave and re-enter the venue?

Yes – You’ll receive a wristband on your first entry, which must be worn at all times. Not showing your wristband when asked by an organiser or marshal may result in denied entry or removal from the venue.

Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend?

No – We operate a no-refund policy. All sales are final.
